International Practice Cooperation for Global Change (I-PraC)

I-PraC Event 16th-18th October 2023

Would you like to be part of the I-PraC network?

What does I-PraC stand for?

The programme „International Practice Cooperation for Global Change (I-PraC) is designed to provide students with international practical experience through close cooperation with partners abroad.

With I-PraC, we want to assume responsibility as global citizens and develop the required labour market skills for the future. The project anchors its activities on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and incorporates the concept of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) of UNESCO. The implementation takes place in the curricula and the transfer at a local and a global level.

Interdisciplinary work will be tested, since I-PraC was initially being conceived in the Faculty III (Media, Information and Design) , Faculty IV (Business and Computer Science) and Faculty II (Mechanical and Bioprocess Engineering ). Further faculties are welcome to join!

Last but not least, the project aims to be part of the development of the internationalisation and digitalisation at the HsH in a broad and structural way. It should serve as a pilot to implement internationalisation at all university levels and across all groups - students, teaching staff, researchers and administrative staff.
